It was a fantastic experience. Mostly, the pilot was very professional and passionate about his work, having provided us a wonderful experience. I've done this before and this was, by far, the best ever. Explained very well what was happening and what we were seeing, was also very friendly and funny. Well done! One thing could be improved, is the definition of the pick-up point in the program. It said the Hilton hotel in Union Square but it has two entrances after all, and we didn't know about it and needed to call the agency. It would be better to say it would be the Mason entrance. Other than that, a fantastic experience. Really recommend.

From beginning to end the whole thing was great. Our shuttle driver, Sheppard, was awesome. I'm definitely going to do that again.
