Come take to the air with your private helicopter flight lesson in South Los Angeles!
Ever wondered what it would be like to hover?
Helicopters can do some amazing things, but hovering has got to be the coolest, right?
To just hang there. Suspended. In space.
Upon your arrival you will begin your training with 60 minutes of ground school, conducted in a classroom. You will be taught what each control does, how to read the gauges, and basic helicopter aero dynamics. At the end of your ground lesson you will receive your first log book endorsement, an SFAR 73 Endorsement for the Robinson helicopters, which allows you to control and fly the helicopter during your flight.
After your ground lesson is finished you will be taught how to conduct a pre-flight inspection, making sure the helicopter is safe to fly.
Then it is time to fly…
You will take to the air with your professional flight instructor for a 30 min flight, handling the controls with the help of your flight instructor to see what it is like to pilot the helicopter. You will experience most flight conditions, including straight and level flights, climbs, turns and descents, plus the most memorable, hovering. At the completion of your flight you will receive your first log book entry.
This is an experience you will not forget.
