Couple times I called, customer service was very friendly. I only called to ask for confirmation of my booking since the charge was taken out of my bank account already. They were eager to help, and though it took a little bit of time for them to coordinate with the experience providers, we were satisfied with how everything turned out. Adrenaline is a great alternative to the experience provider website - processing/service fees on those website can get ridiculous sometimes, but Adrenaline gives a much better value.
