You will also be able to see the Collegiate Peaks in the distance making this trip thrilling and picturesque at the same time. The Numbers stretch boasts the most consistent whitewater on the Arkansas River, so be prepared for a wet 'n' wild day!
The highlight of the day is rapids #4 and #5 Rapid. #4 swiftly moves to the right for non-stop action and the longest rapid of the day. #5 may be the most challenging as it dog legs right forcing you to aim for a hole in order to exit correctly and then you will have to paddle hard against the current to avoid bumping the rocks on the right bank.
