The park is open daily from 8 AM, with groups departing every 30 minutes. The last departure time and days open may vary by season, so always check online for availability.
The park is open rain or shine. In the event of heavy rain or lightning, climbers who have already started the course must return to the back deck to wait out the weather. If the weather doesn’t improve within 30 minutes, you can request a Rain Check to complete the course at a later date. If the weather doesn't improve within an hour, you will be provided with a Rain Check. Refunds are only available for those who have not started their climb due to bad weather. The same rules apply to group reservations.
Yes, there are multiple courses based on age and height:
All courses must be completed in order, with no skipping or repeating allowed.
After completing your waiver form and paying for access, you will begin a brief group training session. During the session, you will be fitted into your harness, and your guide will teach you how to attach yourself to safety lines and zip lines. Once you are deemed safe to proceed, you will start your first course.
Guests must weigh 275 pounds or less to participate in the courses.
Appropriate footwear and clothing are required for safety reasons. Open-toed shoes, slip-on shoes, loose or baggy clothing, and shirts wrapped around the waist are not allowed. Long hair must be tied back, and jewelry (especially necklaces or loose bracelets) should not be worn. We recommend wearing clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Climbing gloves are available for a $2.00 fee.
There are walking trails along the course where you can observe your family or friends as they progress through the course.
With direct assistance, it may be possible for some physically disabled individuals to complete parts of the courses. Advance notice and a brief interview are required to determine if the course can be adapted to suit their needs. Additional costs may apply. Please call for more information.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for the weather and appropriate footwear. Sunglasses are a good idea to protect your eyes from the sun’s glare. A camera is highly recommended to capture the breathtaking views and photo opportunities.
If you are unable to complete the course, please inform the staff immediately. They will assist you in safely returning to the ground. If you’re unable to finish due to a medical issue or another reason, Rain Checks or refunds may be offered, depending on the circumstances.
