Skydiving Orlando is truly the ultimate Floridian adventure! From the rush of the freefall to the heart-stopping speeds, there’s no thrill that can top it. Your USPA certified tandem master will get your Orlando skydive started with instruction on procedure and safety before you harness up and take to the sky. Your plane will ascend thousands of feet in air so you’ll have plenty of wide blue Florida sky for your freefall. And you’ll do just that, reaching speeds of 120 mph before your parachute is deployed. With several drop zones in the Orlando area, you’ll have a variety of vistas to choose from for your calm glide the ground.

How much does Orlando skydiving cost?

Orlando has several skydiving locations and jump heights to choose from so pricing varies. Jumps range from $129 to $229, depending on which location and jump package you choose.

Is there a weight limit for skydiving in Orlando?

Yes, there are weight limits for Orlando skydiving, which are based upon the style of harness used at each location. For the safety of both jumpers and tandem masters, the weight limit is 220-230 lbs., depending on which location you choose.

When can you go skydiving in Orlando?

Pretty much anytime! Because Florida is a warmer climate year-round, the Orlando locations, or “drop zones,” are open year-round. Please note, though, that winds and precipitation do impact skydiving so, during thunderstorm season, jump windows may be limited.

What should you wear for an Orlando skydive?

No special clothing is required for your Orlando skydive! You can dress for the weather of the day of your jump, keeping in mind that the temperature does drop 1-2 degrees for every thousand feet in the air and that the wind will be rushing during your jump. We do recommend that you wear closed toe shoes that can be secured to your foot, such as a tennis or athletic shoe.

How old do you have to be to skydive in Orlando?

Per mandate by the federal government and USPA, all Orlando skydivers must be aged 18 years or older. We’re sorry but no exceptions or parental consent allowances can be made.
