Demo-ware
Client X had invested 8 months in a California
software development company for mere demo-ware. A large integrator
estimated it would take 1.2 million dollars and over 1 calendar year to build Client X's
complete prototype system. Adrenaline's Response. A month of Adrenaline's rapid product
planning yielded a design for a much more focused product
offering, and Adrenaline went on to build a complete prototype of the
complex system in 3 months.
Client-side Utility Application
Client K asked Adrenaline to produce a product plan for a simple
client-side utility application. After exploring the product design,
Adrenaline isolated the fundamental value component of the application
and suggested that Client K instead implement a server-based
application and service. After adopting our plan, Client K went on to quickly raise substantial venture capital investment and build a world class management and technical team.
Construction.
Adrenaline partnered with an established Internet company to build a prototype in 1.5 months. The prototype required us to dive into many aspects of creating a new Internet company from the ground up. It also allowed our client to evaluate their competitive, financial, and usability risks before committing large sums of cash for full-scale development.
One month after the prototype was complete, our client was able to get Board and venture capital backing. Two months after the prototype was complete, full-scale development began with a team of 3 IA's, 3 developers, and 1 systems architect. We launched a preview version of the site, which averaged 30,000 visitors a day only six weeks after development began.
