User Interface Developers at Adrenaline are responsible for designing, developing, and delivering the logical information models, interaction flow, and user interfaces for our start-up clients. This is successfully accomplished by translating complex business, user requirements, and technology limitations into multi-release functional prototypes.

To be effective in this position, a minimum of 6-10 years experience with commercial products and business plans is needed. Strong familiarity with web content and web usability challenges, are also necessary. Individuals who have management experience, and who have publicly accessible Web sites are highly preferred.

You Have:

• A BA/BS degree with at least 6 to 8 years work experience - preferable commercial technologies
• A minimum of 4 years relevant experience including at least 2 years experience in interactive design and IA experience
• Familiarity with successful Internet business models
• Ability to interact with and manage client executives
• Fluency in the principles of user interface development, usability, and web-based user interface design
• Strong business sense, capacity for strategic and associative thinking Exceptional organizational and logic skills and detail orientation Unix, HTML, JavaScript, Java, and cross-browser compatibility experience
• Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
